One of the tools on photoshop that I used was the patch tool, the tool helped with getting rid the unwanted parts on the wall of my image.
The clone tool is a tool that used a lot because it made it easy to add the same effect to my image that was similar in colour and pattern.
Although it isn't a very exciting tool, I did use the rubber tool to get rid of the little parts in which the other tool couldnt pick up.
Another tool that used quite a bit was the quick selction tool, this helped with picking up the big aes on the images that i wanted to copy or get rid of.
Finally the last tool that I used in creating my work was the rectangular marquee, this tool was very useful for selecting parts of an image that need to to have straight lines.
When it came to viewing my photos that I had taken, some of them came out too bright or too dark, therfre I went on to Photoshop and altered and tweeked them only slightly, so the colours looked better and the images looked more presesntable and better quality.
To be able to achieve the final outcome, I used the Hue/Saturation tool, this helped with making some of that were too dark and brighten them.
In addition to the tools that I used, the other vital tool that helped with lightening and adrkening of the images was the Brightness/Contrast tool.
This allowed me to make the images that were too dark, lighter. And the images that were too light, darker, as well as that the contrast tool made the image sthat were too over powering in coour and tone it down a bit.
The last tool used to make the images just that bit better was the Colour Balance tool. This tool maintained that the images that were too bright in colour or the colour wasn't right, and get the best out of the image possible.
Some of the images were either too blue or too orange and this tool helped to get the balance between the two.
This one of my final ideas that was inspired by David Hockney, although it is not my final piece I wanted to experiment with the different ways in which the image scan be displayed and presented.
These three images are supposedly a triptych, that shows images taken by me and have been cropped to onlynshow a small amount of the image, it looks abstract and makes the viewer more intrigued and want to find out what the images are of.
