Explain how cross-cultural influences impact the design process

Britain and USA are two very big countries in the aspect of companies, but unfortunately the products that they produce are being made in the poorer countries this is because it can cut down the cost of wages so that they can make more profit on the equipment they sell. An example is Dyson a company that manufactures hoovers and very recently they have moved over to the poorer country of Malaysia because the workers they can work for more hours and get less pay that what should be required for the job.

Another very large and very well known company Apple, this global company has workers in China, who have to work a 12-hour shift to make the Apple products. They have been known to fall asleep whilst working because they are just so exhausted and they do not receive respect and are treated very badly. As well as that they do not get very many days off which has got Apple in a lot of trouble with the law.

Although it may not sounds very good in t perspective of the worker, for very big companies and smaller companies as well they believe that using much more poorer countries to produce they product is cheaper and better for there company. Britain and USA are no the only countries to be doing this there are other countries as well them doing thee same thing all over the world.
